First Appointment

• Please wait in the waiting area at the bottom of the stairs

• There is a toilet upstairs

• As part of the examination you will be asked to remove some items of clothing but never underwear

• For female patients a towel is provided for your privacy

Treatments

• Treatments are very gentle and NO high velocity thrust manipulative techniques are applied

• It is a form of manipulation that doesn’t apply force and endeavours to make structural releases/changes

• You will lie on your back for your treatment and you’ll be made as comfortable as possible

• You’ll remain clothed for any follow-up appointments

Payment Methods

• I accept cash, cheques and bank transfer payments at the time of the appointment.  Unfortunately, I dont have a card facility.

Parking

• Unless you are coming in the early morning or late afternoon for your appointment parking nearby can be difficult

• The following postcodes are good alternatives –

HD8 0SJ – 5 mins walk, large public parking area opposite church (guaranteed space)

HD8 0SF – 3 mins walk, small public parking area

HD8 0RT – 3 mins walk, library car park on Mon, Thurs, Fri am (when the library is closed)
